Dr Evan Vlassopoulos is a dedicated dentist at Collins Street Dental who combines clinical excellence with genuine care for his patients. A 2011 graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science, Dr Evan has built an impressive career spanning practices in Kew, Berwick, and Glen Iris, earning a stellar reputation and numerous specialist referrals along the way.
Continuing Education & Expertise
Always committed to advancing his skills, Dr Evan is currently completing his diploma in clear aligner orthodontics with the City of London Dental School under the mentorship of renowned orthodontists including Dr Derek Mahony and Professor Tarek El-Bialy. He plans to pursue a Masters degree in aligners and has a particular interest in preventing sleep and breathing disorders in both children and adults.
Philosophy of Care
Dr Evan takes a holistic approach to dentistry, investigating the root causes of dental issues to prevent them from recurring. He loves the blend of artistry and science in his work—whether crafting beautiful white fillings or designing porcelain crowns that look just as nature intended. What brings him the greatest joy, however, is the relationships he builds with his patients, sharing stories and laughter while providing gentle, compassionate care.
Outside the Practice
When he’s not in the practice, you’ll find Dr Evan dancing with his daughter, making his wife laugh, getting lost in a good book, or playing the piano.
